1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

iSolarPro GmbH, Bullermannshof 11 / Tor 20, 47441 Moers, Germany
Phone: +49 179 66 22 958 · Email: info@isolarpro.de
Represented by the Managing Director Boris Otto.

2. Overview

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website, handle your orders and enquiries, comply with legal obligations, or where you have given your consent. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent), (b) (contract and pre-contractual measures), (c) (legal obligation) and (f) (legitimate interests) GDPR.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by a professional hosting provider with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. When you visit the website, technically necessary data are processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable provision of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. To prevent abuse, we store IP addresses in forms and orders only as a non-reversible hash value.

4. Orders

To process your order, we process the data you provide: name, address, email address, phone number, company and VAT ID if applicable, ordered goods, payment and delivery method, and your declarations (e.g. acceptance of the terms and the declaration for the 0 % VAT rate). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and, for the 0 % VAT declaration, additionally Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (§ 12 (3) German VAT Act). No customer account is created — you order as a guest.

We retain documents relevant under commercial and tax law in accordance with the statutory retention periods (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO; generally 6 or 8 years).

5. Disclosure to shipping and payment providers

For delivery, we pass on your name, delivery address and — for freight deliveries, to arrange an appointment — your phone number and email address to the transport company we commission (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). If you pay in advance, you receive our bank details and the payment is processed by our bank. If you choose an online payment method (e.g. credit card or PayPal), the data required for payment are transmitted to the respective payment service provider, who processes them under its own responsibility in accordance with its privacy policy.

6. Customer management (CRM)

Orders and enquiries are stored in our internal customer management system (CRM) so that our team can handle your request, answer questions and track warranty cases. The CRM runs on servers of our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is efficient and traceable customer service.

7. Contact, quote requests, B2B registration, complaints, applications

If you contact us via a form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related requests, otherwise (f)). The data are deleted once the request has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. We delete application documents no later than six months after the end of the application process unless you have agreed to longer storage.

8. Newsletter

You only receive our newsletter with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) using the double opt-in procedure. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by sending us a message.

9. Cookies and local storage

We only use technically necessary storage, e.g. for the shopping cart (your browser's local storage), the selected language, the price display (0 % / incl. 19 % VAT) and your cookie choice (§ 25 (2) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We only use analytics or marketing services if you have consented in the cookie banner (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR); you can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. Fonts are loaded locally from our server.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). Simply contact us at info@isolarpro.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

11. Data security

This website uses TLS encryption. We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.

12. Changes

We will update this privacy policy if our data processing or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
