Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time
The delivery time is shown for each product. Within Germany we usually deliver in 5–12 working days. For prepayment, the delivery time starts on the day after we receive your payment.
Shipping costs within Germany
Shipping costs depend on the product group. If an order contains several groups, the amount is calculated automatically in the cart and shown before you order.

International delivery
We also deliver to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (surcharge €25 per order) and to France, Poland, the Czech Republic and Denmark (surcharge €40 per order). For other countries we are happy to prepare an individual quote.
Freight deliveries
Pallets are delivered by freight forwarder to the kerbside or at ground level, provided the address is accessible by truck. The forwarder will contact you in advance to arrange an appointment. Please check the delivery in the driver's presence and note any visible damage on the delivery note.
Free pickup
You can collect your order free of charge from one of our warehouses: Moers (central warehouse), Hanau, Ellweiler/Birkenfeld, Berlin/Werneuchen and Schweinfurt. Each product page shows where the item is available. Please come only after our "ready for pickup" message and bring your order number. Opening hours and addresses are on the "Pickup" page.
Payment methods
Prepayment by bank transfer – 2 % discount
If you pay in advance, you get a 2 % discount on the value of the goods. You'll receive our bank details and your order number by email after ordering. Please transfer the amount within 7 days and use the order number as the payment reference. As soon as your payment arrives, we ship the goods or prepare them for pickup.
Online payment
Depending on availability, we offer further payment methods at checkout such as credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payments are processed securely by the respective payment service provider. The methods currently available are shown during checkout.
Purchase on invoice for business customers
Registered business customers (installers, electrical contractors, companies) can buy on invoice after approval. Payment term: 14 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Register via our B2B page.
Financing
For complete systems and larger orders, we arrange financing through partner banks. Simply ask via our quote request form.
Payment on pickup
Please note that cash payment is not possible at some pickup locations. For pickups, it's best to choose prepayment or an online payment method.
VAT
For qualifying PV products, private operators of systems on or near residential buildings benefit from the 0 % VAT rate (§ 12 (3) German VAT Act). All other products are charged at 19 % VAT. Businesses from other EU countries with a valid VAT ID buy under the reverse charge procedure.
